Araksoft ("we", "us", or "our") operates the TradersHubs platform — an all-in-one commerce and ERP solution available via web and mobile applications. We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy.

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use our services. Please read it carefully. If you disagree with any part of this policy, please discontinue use of our services.

We collect information you provide directly, information collected automatically, and information from third parties:

2.1 Information You Provide

• Account information: name, email address, phone number, company name, billing address, and password when you create an account.
• Business data: products, inventory, customers, orders, invoices, HR records, and other business data you enter into the platform.
• Payment information: billing details processed through our secure payment providers (we do not store full card numbers).
• Communications: messages you send to our support team, feedback, and survey responses.
• Profile information: preferences, settings, and configurations you establish within the app.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Device information: device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, mobile network information.
• Usage data: features accessed, pages viewed, buttons clicked, time spent, and interaction patterns.
• Log data: IP address, browser type, referring URLs, error logs, and timestamps.
• Location: approximate location based on IP address; precise GPS location only if you grant explicit permission (used for delivery tracking features).

2.3 Offline & POS Data

Our mobile and POS applications may store data locally on your device when operating offline. This data is encrypted and automatically synced to our servers when connectivity is restored. Locally stored data is subject to the same protections as data processed on our servers.

• Provide, operate, and maintain the TradersHubs platform and all its modules.
• Process transactions, generate invoices, and manage subscriptions.
• Send operational communications: account confirmations, security alerts, and service updates.
• Send marketing communications (you may opt out at any time).
• Improve and personalize the platform using aggregated analytics.
• Power AI features including product description generation, smart recommendations, and workflow automations, using anonymized or de-identified datasets where possible.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share information with:

4.1 Service Providers

Trusted third-party vendors who assist us in operating the platform (e.g., cloud hosting, payment processing, email delivery, analytics, customer support tools). These providers are contractually required to protect your data and may not use it for other purposes.

4.2 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email and/or prominent notice on our platform prior to your data being transferred.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Section 7).

Business data (invoices, orders, financial records) may be retained for up to 7 years to comply with applicable accounting and legal obligations, even after account deletion.

Aggregated, anonymized analytics data may be retained indefinitely as it no longer identifies individuals.
