Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using TradersHubs ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Araksoft ("we", "us", or "our"), the company operating TradersHubs.

You must meet the following requirements to use TradersHubs:

• You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You must not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws.
• If registering on behalf of a business entity, you must have authority to bind that entity.

To access most features of TradersHubs, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Providing accurate and complete information during registration.
• Updating your account information to keep it current.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Araksoft grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use TradersHubs for your legitimate business operations during your active subscription period.

You may NOT:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service without authorization.
• Use the Service to build a competing product or service.
• Access the Service in ways that exceed your plan limits or bypass rate restrictions.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or crawlers to extract data without our written permission.

You agree not to use TradersHubs to:

• Violate any local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Process, store, or transmit illegal, fraudulent, or harmful content.
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Distribute spam, malware, or malicious code through the platform.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or individuals.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's servers, networks, or security.
• Sell or facilitate the sale of prohibited goods (weapons, drugs, counterfeit items).

Violations may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

TradersHubs operates on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your selected plan as described on our pricing page.
• Provide valid and current payment information (credit card or other accepted methods).
• Authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).
• Pay any applicable taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax) associated with your subscription.
• Allow us to update pricing with at least 30 days' notice before renewal.

If a payment fails, we may suspend your account until payment is resolved. We are not responsible for bank fees or charges resulting from failed payments.

Free Trial: All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. No charges are applied during the trial. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid charges.

Monthly Subscriptions: You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.

Annual Subscriptions: You may request a pro-rated refund within 30 days of the annual renewal. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.

Enterprise Plans: Refund terms are governed by the individual contract signed between you and Araksoft.

TradersHubs, including its source code, design, logos, graphics, text, and all associated intellectual property, is owned by Araksoft and protected by international copyright, trademark, and patent laws.

The "TradersHubs" name and logo are trademarks of Araksoft. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written consent, except as necessary to reference the Service in a factual, non-promotional manner.

Third-party libraries, fonts, and tools used in the Service retain their original licenses.

Your Data: You retain full ownership of all business data you enter into TradersHubs — including products, customers, orders, invoices, and HR records. We do not claim ownership of your data.

Our Role: We act as a data processor, storing and processing your data solely to provide the Service. Your data is isolated from other tenants in our multi-tenant architecture.

Data Export: You may export your data at any time via Settings → Data Export. After account termination, we retain data for 30 days before permanent deletion, except where legal retention is required.

License to Us: You grant Araksoft a limited license to process your data strictly for operating, maintaining, and improving the Service. We will never sell your data to third parties.

If you use TradersHubs to operate a multi-vendor marketplace, you are the marketplace operator and bear full responsibility for:

• Vetting and approving vendors on your marketplace.
• Ensuring vendors comply with applicable laws and regulations.
• Handling disputes between vendors and customers.
• Collecting and remitting applicable taxes (VAT, sales tax) where required.
• Ensuring product listings do not violate intellectual property rights.
• Maintaining your own Terms of Service for marketplace users.

Araksoft is not a party to transactions between marketplace operators, vendors, and end customers.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Araksoft does not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
• Your data will never be lost or corrupted (though we take extensive precautions).
• The Service will meet your specific business requirements.
• Results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable.

You use TradersHubs at your own risk. We strongly recommend regular data exports and maintaining your own backups.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Araksoft shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, or goodwill.
• Loss or corruption of data (you are responsible for maintaining backups).
• Downtime, service interruptions, or connectivity issues beyond our control.
• Actions of third parties, including payment processors and shipping providers.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Araksoft, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Service.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property.
• Content or data you upload to the platform.
• Claims by your customers, vendors, or employees.

By You: You may terminate your account at any time via Settings → Account → Delete Account, or by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon termination, your access to the Service ceases immediately.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.
• Fail to pay subscription fees for more than 15 days.
• Engage in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activity.
• Become insolvent or subject to bankruptcy proceedings.

Upon termination, we will retain your data for 30 days to allow for export, after which it is permanently deleted (except where legal retention is required).

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Beirut, Lebanon, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will:

• Post the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
• Notify you by email at least 30 days before material changes take effect.
• Continue serving existing users under the prior Terms until the notice period expires.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
